Freight Policy

All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point.

LTL Shipments are as follows:
- $0- $999.00 = Prepay and bill $80.00
- $1,000.00 - $4,999.00 = Prepay and bill 8% of invoice net.
$5,000.00 and above = Prepay and bill 4%.
FEdEx Ground = Prepay and Bill.

Return Policy

All return goods are subject to prior approval and must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. These goods must be returned within 60 days of the original shipment date. All freight on returns must be prepaid; no C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. All items returned and their packaging must be undamaged and securely packaged (in the same manner as was originally shipped from the warehouse) in their original packaging. All items are subject to a restocking fee of 15%, which will be deducted from any credit issued.

Credit Terms

The extension of credit will be at the sole discretion of Synergy Electric Motor, LLC. Credit terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. Balances that extend past the allowable 30 days will be subject to an interest rate of 1.5% per month. All collections costs will be the responsibility of the customer, these costs will include but not be limited to court costs and legal fees incurred in collection of delinquent balances. It is understood that all accounts will be billed and credit will be extended through the headquarters of Synergy Electric Motor, LLC. in Vandalia, Illinois, and Vandalia, Illinois will be the venue for litigation. The customer waves the right to litigate outside the venue of Fayette County, Illinois.

Warranty Policy

The warranty shall extend for one year from the date of sale. All warranty decisions will be made solely by Synergy Electric Motors, LLC

The service center were the warranty inspection is to be preformed, must be approved by Synergy Electric Motors, LLC. The service center performing the necessary inspection of a motor, must provide a completed EASE warranty form along with a written estimate of the cost to repair and must contact Synergy Electric Motors, LLC with the following information. The determination of whether to repair or replace the motor shall be made solely by Synergy Electric Motors, LLC. The warranty repair must be approved and a written purchase order must be received by the service center before any repairs are to be preformed.
